Schedule your vacation in our 2nd floor "front row" condo with partial ocean view, private swimming pool, and just short walk across the street to the oceanfront Public Beach access. Condo has everything you need, 1 BR/1 BA sleeps 3-4 comfortably.
Spectacular non smoking condo, completely gutted & renovated. Highly desirable "front row" location, public beach access just steps away. Less than 1 mile from all restaurants. Condo is 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Includes 1 queen bed and 1 futon sleeper sofa. Pack 'n play available upon request.
This condo has a partial view of the ocean (oceanfront building blocks some of ocean view). Please bring your own QUEEN & FULL bed sheets and towels (shower/beach). All beds are brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, wine/margarita/drinking glasses and utensils needed. It also includes a convection oven (will fit 12" pizza), a 2 burner stove, and 2 mini refrigerators. A laundromat is only 2 blocks away for all laundry needs.
This condo is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation. A cleaning fee of $45 is required.
We are one block from the ocean, directly in front of the popular Tiki Bar, Ocean Grill Restaurant, and a great surf break. Just minutes away from the condo is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. Restaurants in downtown Carolina Beach are less than a mile away (bike, taxi or drive). NC Aquarium is a very short drive, and a fun family day trip.
